The phenomenon known as Pole Theatre has taken the world by storm as one of the leading and most entertaining pole dancing competitions around the globe. In 2019, Salt Dance Company will host the first ever Pole Theatre Kids.

Pole Theatre Kids encourages competitors to share their story through original and exciting performances in their preferred style of Pole Art, Pole Comedy or Pole Drama. Open to competitors, national and international, male and female, from 5-17 years of age, Pole Theatre Kids is expanding performance opportunities for young pole dancers on a professional scale. Pole Theatre Kids is an opportunity for young pole artists to TELL THEIR STORY in a creative, visually exciting and emotive way with the main focus being on the art of performance.

Competitors must nominate one category that they wish to enter. A winner will be announced in each category, and an overall winner will also be announced. To be involved in this groundbreaking event please have a read through the information below.

Link to your public or unlisted youtube or vimeo audition video. Please ensure you have considered the video guidelines before submitting. If there is any access codes for your video please ensure you list these in the performance description. *

Detailed description of your proposed performance. If you are entering Pole Drama, include your storyline. If you are entering Pole Art, include your nominated dance style. For all categories, include a description of your theme/concept. *
